YOUR SCHEDULE

This full-time customer service and sales role typically works Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

As you engage with each person, you keep detailed notes in the client relations system, ensuring our technicians have all the info they need to exceed expectations. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to make outbound phone calls and answer incoming calls while using exceptional phone skills
• Helping people must be part of your DNA
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
