Job Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls, Receives and processes requests for price and lead-time quotes, purchase orders, provide order acknowledgements and invoices to customers as required, expedites orders for new and returning customers, suggest alternatives to customers on stock out items, update order Cancellation log. Interact directly with the warehouse to ensure proper actions taken by modifying customer ship dates, processing shipment consolidations prior to printing daily picklist to the warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries.
· Log in and work thru outstanding new leads in CRM system, opportunities, load quotes and apply updates on to new CRM (Sales force Database) to review at least twice weekly.
· Ensure service information accessible by saving documents on the company share drive making them readily available as required for periodic monthly, quarterly and year-end audits.
· Proactively handle, follow up, expedite products with business planning/Factories, Help finance clear out customer past due accounts & coordinate customers wire transfer funds prior to release of shipments.
· EDI access used to retrieve purchase orders, advance shipping notice and extract forecast information.
· Maintain and updates QAD to reflect customer part number, descriptions, generates new CR minors as necessary for new part numbers and proactively handle follow-ups, expedite product with our business planning/factories, assist finance to clear out customer past due accounts & coordinate customers wire transfer funds prior to shipment releases.
· Manages communicate and coordinate monthly drop-shipments from our factories to division customers as needed.

Requirements:
· High school Diploma, computer/windows skilled
· 2+ years of related experience
· Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
