About the Job
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in order management and production coordination.
The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, process orders accurately, and act as a liaison between customers and the production team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure all customer specifications and requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Manage customer accounts, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including order details, comments, and complaints.
- Monitor order progress and update customers on the status, resolving any delays or issues proactively.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals for potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management within a B2B manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in order management systems and CRM software. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly production, logistics, and sales.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving company goals.
