Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Customer Service Rep – Senior for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in Kansas City, MO .

Responsibilities :
- Data Management: Accurately enter data from Excel spreadsheets into our proprietary systems, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough data audits to validate the accuracy of the data entered and identify any discrepancies.
- Autonomy: Manage tasks independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Service: Process customer orders with precision, draft professional correspondence, and address customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Knowledge Application: Apply understanding of industry-standard practices and procedures to daily tasks.
- Guideline Adherence: Follow detailed instructions and established guidelines to execute job functions effectively.
- Supervision: Operate under immediate supervision, with a focus on team collaboration and achieving shared goals.
- Reporting: Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors and managers, providing regular updates on task progress.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in data entry or data auditing roles.
- Education: Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED. Additional certification or training in data management is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and use other database software.
- Computer Skills: Robust computer literacy, with a knack for learning new technologies and software.
