Customer Service Representative - $25/HR at TEKsystems

Now Hiring for a Customer Service Rep for a manufacturing company located in Mound, MN!! Must meet the must haves below to be qualified!!!

Description:

Processing customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries and working with internal sales team on orders

Answer incoming phone calls

Help with warranties and customer complaints

Communicate daily with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment of orders

MUST HAVES:

1+ year of manufacturing CSR experience

1+ year of order entry experience in an ERP system

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
