Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Customer Service Representative for a rapidly growing equipment manufacturing company in Aliso Viejo, CA! This position is open due to business expansion and is a Temp-To-Hire opportunity!
We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).
Location: Fully onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA 92656
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours)
Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our equipment manufacturing team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve administrative tasks to support smooth operations within our manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat, addressing questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Manage customer accounts, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and tracking account status and history.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Handle account-related issues and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular updates to customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues via email.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to resolve customer issues and meet their needs.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve our products and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and scheduling as needed.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer service strategies, account management, and performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, with experience using CRM systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
