The salary range represents the potential base depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as requested.
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
- Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards. Process customer policy change requests.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License
- Commercial Lines Insurance experience
- Intermediate computer and technology proficiency.
- Preference for candidates with Applied Epic experience, though not absolutely necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
