Customer Service Representative / Scheduler
Location: Atlanta, GA (Northlake area)
Hours: First Shift
Pay Range: $17-19/hr DOE
PrideStaff is working with a highly-rated company that is looking for a Customer Service / Scheduler for a temporary assignment. This person will be the first point of contact for customers, and will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using MS Office required. Mac experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
