Agents provide potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness. This role will provide phone/and or computer-based support to customers to help resolve product issues, answer account and billing questions, or handle customer concerns.
General Responsibilities:
Remote Position- Only candidates within driving distance of Bethlehem, PA will be considered.
Schedule available: Monday--Friday; 9am-5:30pm
- Applying knowledge of company products/services to efficiently respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries, technical support and/or troubleshooting, including possible customer outreach via email, phone, chat, social media, etc.
- Training is remote via Microsoft Teams; strong written and verbal communication is required as well as the ability to learn in a virtual environment.
Inbound Calling / Order Processing
- Supporting the customers or sales representative with new order creation, order modifications and upgrading existing accounts.
Outbound Calling
- Directly reaching the customers for Courtesy Day Before Install Calls /Received Courtesy Call
- Any additional information needed to proceed with placing the order
- Schedule will be Monday – Friday ET days. Flexibility as schedules change based on business needs
- Special Projects Support escalation email handling , Special projects provided by the client
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Open Schedule Availability depending on departmental needs
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
