About the Job
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves basic office skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Prepare reports as needed using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and improve service processes.
Perform basic office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the customer service calendar.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
3+ years experience preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles required.
