Job Description:
- 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Provides customer service to utility customers.
- Perform mathematical computations.
- Processes incoming revenues into the cash receipting system.
- High-volume telephone / business office customer service skills.
- Experience working in utility environment is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
