Introduction
Our leading laboratory services provider in Burlington, NC is currently seeking customer service associates to join their team for an upcoming contract. This is an accessible, competitively-paid position in the healthcare space with potential long-term growth opportunities upon completion of your contract.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Previous knowledge of healthcare, HIPAA, and lab specimen processing is highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- Highly organized and professional with excellent internal and external communication skills
- High school diploma required
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of a patient problem.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Lab work required
Hours and Days
This position is on-site in Burlington, NC. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position from 8am-5pm EST.
