Position: Customer Service Representatives

Location: Carrollton, TX (OnSite)

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: M-F

Mon-Fri (7:30AM-5:30PM) or (8:00AM-5:00PM)

Responsibilities:

• Ability to speak to citizens and de-escalate as needed

• Performing inbound/outbound phone calls

• Providing excellent customer service to the citizens of the city

Requirements:

• Must be flexible, collaborative and have the ability to take initiative

• Strong Customer Service Experience

• Knowledge of office administration procedures

• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Expert level of written and verbal communication
