Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years of recent experience processing a high volume of inbound calls from members regarding their pharmacy benefits .
-Must have experience setting assisting members with Prior authorizations, Rx refills, and verifying eligibility.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute.
- Strong data entry skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
Location: Cary, NC
Pay : The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 14.50 $15
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Schedule- M-F 9-6pm
Possibility of working HYBRID after training

Pay Details: $14.50 to $15.00 per hour
