Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play an essential role in upholding our brand reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolve product issues, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Provide product recommendations and help customers with selecting the right equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
