Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about services, products, and promotions.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, identifying solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and accounts by updating information as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
