Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Haus Acquisitions, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients by providing top-tier service and support. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. 

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about services, products, and promotions.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, identifying solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and accounts by updating information as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
