Job Summary:
- Processing orders that are sent via email, phone, EDI or fax.
- Obtain carrier quotes and determine shipping means for orders
- Process shipping paperwork (BOL’s, packing slips) for shipments
from outside warehouses - Check and understand inventory per order
- Invoice and send out invoices via email, mail or submitting on EDI
- Process RMA’s and credits, send requested documents like data sheets or SDS
- Process PO’s for 3rd party suppliers for drop ship orders to customers
- Approve freight bills from carriers for payment
- Create and maintain customers in Ross ERP
- Work daily with sales consultants
What we're looking for?
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years order entry/customer service
- Basic computer skills, customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and follow through, organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and understand how to prioritize
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook
- Bilingual, English & Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
- Manufacturing Operating System
