Customer Service Representative - Job Description:
We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who can troubleshoot and provide high-quality tech support for our products at our company call center. The customer service representative should already have prior experience working in the automotive industry and have extensive experience resolving customer issues with onboard diagnostic and other automotive test equipment.
Objectives of this Role:
* Provide quality tech support and troubleshooting for Innova Products
* Identify customer needs and resolve them with meaningful solutions in a consistent and timely manner
* Identify and communicate product issues and customer concerns to company employees for improving our products and processes
* Optimize and help streamline our customer service processes
* Ability to multitask and balance answering emails and phone calls each day
Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
* Strong experience in the automotive industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to resolve multiple calls and customer emails with minimal supervision.
* Experienced in Microsoft Word & Excel
* Available to work on-site in Irvine, California
Preferred Qualifications
* ASE Certification
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
