About the Role:
- We are seeking a competent individual to join our team as a CR1 Dispatcher.
- The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phones for both public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones for public and internal customers
- Documenting and dispatching work requests
- Monitoring environmental alarms
- Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters
- Participating in special projects to support the department
- Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements and efficiencies
Education Qualification:
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Required Skills:
- Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution
- Excellent customer service skillsExperience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred
- Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred

Salary
