Job Description:
Client Relationships - Handle inbound/outbound calls and leads
Voice of the Customer - Use tools and knowledge of the trades to ensure a smooth process for our customers
Be curious - There is no one size fits all - Work with the customer to meet their specific needs
Flexibility - We are here 7 days a week, so nights, weekends and overtime may be required
Reliable, accustomed to meeting attendance and adherence standards
Effective Listening Skills - Each call may seem the same, but the needs are different

3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center (Sales environment a plus). We can train you on our business, but you must bring the tangible skills to work with customers.
High School Diploma or GED.
Type 35 WPM or more.
Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.
Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Service Titan and Five9 Experience a plus

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to climb stairs to the second floor.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively.
- Manual hand dexterity required to operate Computer terminal, copiers, and complete paperwork.
What you need:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Must have 2 years in a sales environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Bilingual and Service Titan experience is a plus!
Working in our customer service call center, you are so much more than a voice on the phone.
This is a sales position that requires the evaluation and discussion of the services we offer including upselling to our new and existing customers.
