Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative will work in a team environment, supporting customers, sales and other customer service functions. The position is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and acting as a liaison between customers, the sales force and the supply chain. The incumbent must be energetic, well organized, a team player, possess the ability to organize and prioritize their workload, and strong and professional communication skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process orders from customers over the phone or emails and enter customer orders into SAP system accurately and within the allowed timeframe using 10 key entry. Answer customer questions, provide information on product availability or other general product questions professionally and efficiently. Communicate key information to customers such as changes in delivery schedules, information on upcoming ad items and new or discontinued products. Provide support to Sales by communicating customer problems, issues, concerns, and requests. Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. Qualifications 2 year College Degree or Associates Degree equivalent. 2+ years of experience in customer service and data entry. Computer skills using 10-key, Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent oral, written and listening abilities are essential. Highly motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on meeting deadlines with a positive and professional attitude and shows the initiative for continuous improvement.
