Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for donors, participants, and community members, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our events and initiatives.
Assist with event logistics and preparation, ensuring effective communication and a seamless experience for all attendees.
Issue Resolution: Address concerns and questions with professionalism, ensuring donors and participants feel valued and supported.
Accurately record and update donor information, contributions, and event details in our database.
Work closely with fundraising and event teams to ensure the smooth execution of events and high levels of donor satisfaction.
