Salary Range: $38500.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As a Client Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing accurate and helpful information via phone, email, and in-person
- Answer all incoming phone calls from our clients, and prospects.
- Process company alerts and notifications within the Farmers system.
- Follow up on client inquires and questions.
- Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
- Have the ability to talk in front of clients and prospects to go over insurance proposals and quotes.
- Maintain client records and documentation accurately
- Work on quote proposals to clients and prospects
- Providing information about our insurance products and services
- Offering personalized insurance solutions that meet our clients' specific needs
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- The ability to get their P+C license
- Has to be a self started and have a strong drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Positive and out going attitude towards clients
