Customer Service Representative - Dial A Bug

Applicants should be outgoing, confident, hardworking, energetic, motivated, and have strong communication skills. Must be very comfortable using a computer and have good technical skills. No pest control background is necessary, but customer service experience is a plus. We will train the right person on our system.

The Customer Service Representative position involves answering and making phone calls (NO cold calling), interacting with customers, and answering calls from our field technicians.

Salary Range: $40,000 and up based on experience
