We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Customer Service professional to join our dynamic Sales & Customer Service
Essential Functions/Duties:
Receive, process, and expedite customer orders for OEM customers utilizing phone, fax, order entry system, and mail. Interface with warehouses, manufacturing plants, purchasing, credit, marketing, management, and logistics partners on a daily basis.
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Understanding of manufacturing and engineering requirements (Will Train)
* Process returns and arrange freight pick up.
Knowledge/skills/abilities and other minimum qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
* Bachelor of Science or Arts preferred.
* Minimum of two (2) years of related customer service experience required.
* Minimum of two (2) years of industrial experience preferred.
