We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on their policies while looking for cross-selling opportunities, updating information, and collaborating with your team.
Depending on experience, the base salary for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 per year. With our competitive bonus structure, may make up to $65,000.

Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Counsel clients on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- In everyday operations, use computer systems to schedule appointments, process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
- Property and Casualty License IS NOT required. Personal Lines experience is a BONUS
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience
- Experience using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.

- Able to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities based on importance
