CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Spherion

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, answering questions, and providing excellent support over the phone. If you're tech-savvy, customer-focused, and enjoy solving problems, this role could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and service-related questions
Provide clear and helpful information about our services to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our database
Process basic account information, including updates and payment-related inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience in customer service or call center environment
Familiarity with basic accounting or billing procedures
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and maintain a friendly demeanor
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
