Summary: The Customer Service Representative must possess a blend of education and experience having at least two (2) years of experience in office support roles. A comprehensive understanding of standard office practices, procedures, equipment, and office support methods is required.
Essential Functions/Typical Tasks:
- Answer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintains confidential candidate applications and detailed files and records organized.
- Answer questions and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Undertakes special projects as assigned by upper management.
- Enters confidential information into a computer system.
- Checks and reviews a variety of data for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to established standards and procedures.
- Sales background a plus.
- Staffing/Recruiting background a plus.
- Able to manage the business hours, including opening and closing responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and arithmetic.
- Bilingual-Spanish required.
- Conduct intakes from new applicants.
- Ability to perform and organize work independently.
- Computer savvy and related office software knowledge such as Avionte platform a plus, Microsoft (Word), (Excel), (Outlook).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, clients, and employees.
- Sourcing and contacting potential candidates online.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
Requirements and Skills:
- Administrative/clerical duties.
- Knowledge of resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience evaluating candidates, matching job candidates with suitable positions, and managing recruitment and hiring processes.
- Experienced in sales a plus.
- Data entry, phone calls, and general office duties.
- Knowledge of Staffing/Recruiter a plus.
- Capable of effectively handling numerous tasks concurrently.
- Will commute to other office locations as needed.
- Always maintain a professional and tidy appearance of the office.
Special Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license in the State of Florida.
