Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be interacting with customers (both internal and external) via phone, fax, and e-mail to provide information in response to general inquires, resolving issues, and handling requests.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
• Serving as the face of the client to customer contacts of assigned accounts
• Entering orders and receipts via the Warehouse Management System, Korber
• Scheduling delivery appointments and pickups via email and telephone
• Utilizing customer web-based programs to verify orders, receipts, delivery appointments
• Communicating with customers to correct orders, receipts, inventory counts, etc
• Printing tally sheets, pick tickets, bills of lading, and any other documents related to shipping and receiving
• Ensuring all orders and receipts are properly processed from start to finish in Korber and customer systems
• Answering customer inquiries with any requested information regarding their accounts

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment; strong attention to detail
• Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); basic typing skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; work effectively as an individual contributor and/or as part of a team
• Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems like Korber, High Jump or SAP strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience in a warehouse setting
