About the Job
Job Description:
- Greet patients that come into the stores
- Effectively communicate and answer patient questions about product
- Maintain positive attitude and build rapport with customers
- Work in computer system to open new patient accounts and complete sales transactions
- Take payment for cash sales and/or bill products to insurance including gathering prescriptions and documents needed from physicians
- Responsible for selling additional products to customers/patients based on their needs
- Take orders and enter them into the computer system using a high degree of accuracy
- Occasionally will need to gather medical products, take them out of the box and put them together for the patient
- Receive unassembled equipment, unload equipment and put the equipment together using screwdrivers
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional data entry skills, requiring a minimum of 40wpm typing speed with high degree of accuracy
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft products
- 1+ years of retail and inside sales experience preferred
- 1+ Healthcare experience and knowledge of insurance billing processes
- Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred
Hours
Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
