Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional support
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and answering service-related questions
• Update customer profiles and ensure accurate information is maintained
• Handle service contract proposals and maintain service agreements
• Provide follow-up communication on pending service requests
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or a related role
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
• Positive, energetic personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn software quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Candidates must pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
