About the Job
Heritage Truck Equipment in Hartville, Ohio is hiring a full-time representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with warranty / parts coverage, administrative support, and technical questions related to heavy and medium duty Heritage dump trucks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to and following up with customers requesting information, quotes, parts, and or warranty status updates in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and or pneumatic related product problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to help resolve customer concerns.
- Data entry of new orders and maintain associated documents.
- Maintain accurate files, records, and documents related to sales, service, and warranty.
- Helping further develop departmental processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess many of the qualifications listed above, will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
