As a Customer Service Representative-Healthcare, You will:

Job Description:

The Special Investigations Department Support position involves researching and initiating telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. The role is essential for maintaining effective communication and providing critical support within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and initiate inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of inquiries and responses.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance department processes.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience:
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in telephone and email outreach, including making decisions and responding quickly.
• Data entry and/or typing experience.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience, including call center or telemarketing.
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
• Preference will be given to applicants who can meet Microsoft Excel and Word testing criteria.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $18 to $20 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
