Stand Up Management in Cleveland is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Permanent position! Must be able to work schedule 8:00am-5:300pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting in sales presentations directly to clients daily.
- Preparing proper paperwork for application of sales.
- Submitting essential paperwork to seal the deal.
- The Customer Service representative promotes strong customer coordination and attention to detail, by demonstrating a positive temperament and communicating effectively both internally and externally.
We work with clients handling their business accounts which range from smaller commercial sized to larger industrial sized. The size of the account is all dependent on the size of the business that we are working with because our clients are the business owners. We work to acquire new accounts, new contracts, and bring in new clients. However, we primarily keep our focus on maintaining the current contracts and accounts we have while also keeping in contact with our current clients.
