Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ashburn, VA
Duration: 6+ month contract with high possibility for extension
Duties:
• Enter and check orders.
• Handle customer phone calls and emails.
• Manage quotes and issues, and update RMAs.
• Follow up on post-sales and quotes.
• Run reports as assigned.
• Update relevant customer, account, and opportunity information through various databases.
• Perform customer needs analysis and recommend options based on those needs.
• Assist in training new employees as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience; minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service or technical experience preferred.
Education:
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
