About the Job
GFL Environmental Services USA, Inc. is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be accountable for answering customer calls and entering work orders for an oil based company.
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers.
Compensation range $23-24/hr. based upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers.
- Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer issues.
- Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquires.
- Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed.
- Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval in order to set up new customer accounts when Sales Team requests help.
- Manage customer’s accounts.
- Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed).
- Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
- Tracking of data in Teams.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatch.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years CSR experience.
- Associate's degree a plus but not required.
- Ability to organize multiple projects.
- Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required.
