Cetechs, a Small Business, is seeking a Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals under the leadership of our Program Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the Local Site Manager or liaison with the assigned Local Site Manager
- Manage throughput to ensure adherence to established performance standards
- Provide quality customer care activities
- Ensure adherence to the established policies and procedures
- Perform the enrollment, issuance, and activation of the PIV credentials
- Perform schedule management
- Capture quality biometrics
- Perform document validation
- Efficiently organize and secure PIV credentials
- Follow established procedures to adjust operating schedule due to planned or unscheduled events
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and able to push a mail cart or hand truck
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years’ experience as Customer Service Representative is required
- 7:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
- 8-hour shift
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (24 hours weekly)
