HR Associate/Associate, Solution Center
Duration: 4+ Months with high possibility of extension
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90089
Shift: Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Description:
The position follows a hybrid schedule with Associates working in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. Remote Equipment will provide equipment if working remotely.
· The Solution Center Associate serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support.
· The role involves providing resources and solutions to inquiries, maintaining documentation, escalating issues as needed, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
· The Associate will uphold the university’s vision, culture, and values by delivering clear, efficient, and courteous support. Responsibilities include opening and managing cases, ensuring accurate records, and following up to resolve issues in a timely manner while adhering to all HR service level agreements.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights into various HR disciplines while supporting employees, faculty, and other HR professionals in an academic environment. As the HR Service Center is expanding and evolving, the individual will have the chance to develop new skills that will be beneficial for their future career.
Education:
· Some college education required; bachelor’s degrees preferred
Must-Haves:
· Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
· Outstanding Communication Skills.
· Proficiency in Computer Skills.
· Prior experience in a Call Center.
· Contact Center/Customer Service Experience
· HR experience is preferred.
Nice to Haves:
· Professional and Neat Appearance.
· Familiarity with Workday.
· Some college education, with a preference for bachelor’s degrees.
· Preferred HR Experience.
