Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous service to clients, addressing their insurance inquiries and assisting with policy-related needs.
Inquiry Handling: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, resolving client concerns and providing accurate information.
Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
Account Management: Maintain client records and documentation accurately, updating information as needed for optimal service.
Customer Relationship: Build and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in Great Florida Insurance.
Requirements
Bi-lingual Spanish-English
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and requests.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer software applications.
