Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service.
- Provide information on products and services, assisting clients with their purchasing decisions.
- Follow up on customer feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Support team initiatives and help optimize service processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle a variety of tasks.
