If you are a diligent, organized, and friendly person with excellent people and communications skills, a career as a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant may be the perfect role for you. As the liaison between customers and field representatives, the ideal candidate must properly communicate with callers to understand the services they need or help address or properly route any concerns they may have. We are looking for a proactive go-getter, who is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of prioritizing tasks utilizing strong organizational and customer service skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Professionally respond to customer phone calls and emails
- Accurately document actions taken on each account
- Schedule service appointments
- Process work orders including open/close work orders, identify and correct errors
- Soft collection calls/emails
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Administrative Assistant experience 2 years (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Pleasant customer service skills are a must!
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time skills
- Ability to type 50 wpm
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized and function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Self-starter, able to change direction quickly
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
