Your New Role
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key player on our team, ensuring each customer experience is smooth and effective. Here’s what you’ll handle day-to-day:
- Lead Management: Collaborate with team members to process and route leads efficiently
- Communication Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication across departments for prompt lead handling
- Record Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date customer information in our system
- Call Handling: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to valued customers—no cold calling required
- Email Management: Professionally manage both inbound and outbound email communications
- Additional Support: Assist with other duties as assigned, all aimed at helping us improve our services and streamline operations

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service; familiarity with task routing is a plus
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, PC, and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a bonus
- Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, with Saturday rotation
- Reliable: Dependable transportation to and from work
- Strong Character: Ethical, well-organized, coachable, and calm under pressure
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
