- Process incoming leads: Collaborate with the CSR to handle leads from various sources quickly and accurately.
- Efficient lead routing: Ensure leads are directed to the right team members using a systematic approach.
- Facilitate communication: Keep the communication flowing smoothly between the CSR and other teams, updating everyone on lead status.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep all customer records information up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate efforts: Assist in streamlining lead management processes, routing jobs accurately, acting as a liaison between CSR and other departments.
- Handle inbound calls: From both existing and prospective customers with grace and efficiency.
- Make outbound calls: To our valued customers—no cold calling!
- Manage email communications: Both inbound and outbound, like a pro.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

- Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday (Shifts range between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) * with a Saturday (7:30 AM – 12:00 PM) * rotation—because work-life balance matters. * Subject to change based on business and coverage needs.

- You don’t have a valid driver’s license or U.S. work authorization.
- You have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- You’re experienced in customer service and task routing.
- You’re driven, organized, and ready to make a real impact.
- You’re proficient with MS Office, PC, and Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.
- You’re ethical, reliable, well-organized, coachable, disciplined, outgoing, and passionate about health.
- You thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- You’re loyal, team-oriented, results-driven, thorough, personable, and prideful in your work.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Experience in routing tasks and assignments efficiently
- Availability to work every Monday and Saturday is required
- Experience in the Water Treatment and Purification industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, PC, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Must be ethical, reliable, well-organized, coachable, disciplined, outgoing, and passionate about health
- Must remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
