About the Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat. You will act as a liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

- 3+ years of Customer Service experience required

- Ability to think logically, strategically, and thoroughly
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficiency in analytical reasoning
