Customer Service Representative - First Mate Heating & Cooling

First Mate Heating & Cooling, a welcoming provider of home comfort services located in Lee's Summit, MO, is on an exciting growth trajectory!

We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our exceptional team in Lee's Summit.

As the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients, this team member plays a crucial role. We're seeking a candidate who embodies traits of high reliability, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Polished phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in computer skills
