Summary:Our client is a top rated auto transport company. They are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team. In this role you would be responsible for calling on existing customers to ensure timely delivery of their vehicles and take notes of any issues that may have arisen during transport. Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer inquiries regarding on-time pickup and delivery of vehicles
- Obtain accurate and detailed information from customers regarding their car transport/hauling experience
- Conduct quality checks after the transportation process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are met and to address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team when identifying additional areas of possible delivery opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality service to customers
- Proficient in using customer service software and databases
- Knowledge of car transport/hauling processes and industry practices is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is preferred
