Join our client's team in Long Beach, CA as a Customer Service Representative. A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire on attitude, passion, and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount! This is a very customer-centric role, so you'll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. We are looking for individuals who will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.

Customer Service Representative Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our client's brand. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting clients' products and services. You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic, and professional manner.

Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise we make is that no two days are alike.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ due to the nature of the work
• Able to commute to our office in Long Beach, CA  (On-Site is mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to think outside the box and get creative
• A strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to meet all targets and objectives
