We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an exceptional experience with our products and services.
Pay: $22 - $29 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing quick and accurate responses to questions about products, services, billing, and account details.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing refunds, and resolving payment issues.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring customers have a voice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, billing) to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is required (remote experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with online communication tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathy: A passion for helping people and the ability to remain patient and understanding during challenging customer interactions.
