Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and tactful manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to expedite and resolve customer issues
Document customer interactions and transactions
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Stay current on product knowledge and company policies
Meet or exceed customer service performance goals
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a strong orientation towards delivering exceptional service
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service technologies

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
