Role Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. This position involves resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate product/service information and solutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer service
- Adhere to customer service standards and quality metrics
Success in the Position
Success in this role will be evaluated based on:
- Achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, demonstrating exceptional service
- Maintaining strong First-Call Resolution (FCR) rates, resolving issues efficiently
- Responding promptly and resolving issues effectively
- Consistently delivering empathetic and clear communication
- Proactively sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members
Organizational Fit
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is an integral part of our customer-facing team.
Qualifications
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and time management
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience: Previous customer service experience (1+ year)
- Certifications: Customer service certifications (e.g., CSP) advantageous but not mandatory
